Energy Drink Review: Unbound Energy

Surprise, surprise. I went to my local Kwik Trip and found a new energy drink to try.
When I first picked up the can of Unbound Energy, I incorrectly assumed that it would be loaded with high-fructose corn syrup. It was a nice surprise to see that it doesn’t contain any high-fructose corn syrup at all. Of course, the sucrose and sucralose can’t be good for you, but if I decided to start reading labels that closely, I probably wouldn’t continue my energy drink reviewing ways.
Let’s get this out of the way real quick-like… Unbound Energy is not the best energy drink I’ve ever tried. It tastes like a blatant mixture of a good energy drink, Rockstar, with a bad energy drink, Wildlife. So, if they were going for a wild rockstar, they missed the mark. It would be like putting ink in your water because you like water and you like the color blue.

I loved Unbound Energy drink. I don’t claim to be a pro in the market of energy drinks, but this drink gave me a kick unlike that I had experienced with Monster, Red Bull, Full Throttle, Rockstar, Amp, BooKoo, Snake Eyes…I honestly thought the taste was really good as well!

Does anybody know how to get their hands on the Unbound Energy syrup? I am in Oklahoma, and can’t find it anywhere on tap here. They had it on tap at AM/PM stores in California. If I can by the syrup, I am deffinately going to buy a soda-making machine.

I agree with Stephen, in that it gave me a huge kick, unlike any other drink i’ve had. I took this at 5am to help me drive to the mountain for snowboarding. the thing is i had only 3 - 4 hours of sleep and i was fully and totally awake after halfway through the can. and didn’t crash untill about 5 or 6 at night so its a full 12 hours of energy. i was so happy and energetic the entire trip. it was fun.

oh forgot to mention i had the juice one. and it was pretty tasty. thinkin bout buyin a case of 24 from this site
