If you didn’t know, Stephen Colbert has decided to run for President, 2008. He hopes to be listed on both the Democratic and Republican ballots.

The story is ho-hum, but the comments are funny. Some are by people who think that he is a nut-job and that the country needs to focus on getting :
1) on the right track
2) out of the war
3) a life…blah blah blah
Some people cannot take a break from politics for 2 seconds to laugh at the certain level of obsurdity politics entails. Lighten up y’all.

I think that it’s great because it may get more people involved in the democratic process… Even though he is kind of a nut job.
