When this whole issue first came up, I said on the air, "they're just doing this to make a cheaper-but-still-expensive referendum pass next year." But once I started hearing all of the vocal supporters, I thought the $119M might actually have legs.</description>

		<description>I think it's going to fail miserably.  The "pro" side is very vocal, the "con" side is seething privately.  I am confident that it will fail, my guess is around 60/40.  I heard someone say they thought it would go down 70/30.  I do know that if it does for some reason pass, we will reconsider buying the bigger house we intended to buy here.  We can live cheaper elsewhere.

In the next few months, look for another referendum for around $70-80 million.  My guess is that it will come close to passing or will pass.</description>
