Getting up, one bathroom at a time
November 8th, 2007 by ClaudeTagged as: douchebaggery, graffiti, taggers.
I work for a certain higher-education institution in Minnesota. I have recently found that some low-brow taggers have been scrawling their crap-ass monikers on the bathroom stalls. (*NOTE the picture to the left isn’t of the culprit at my workplace, it is just an example of wanna-be graffiti artists, who are just punk taggers).
I have friends (from the past) who are graffiti writers, people who create large, complex, beautiful murals. The wanna-be d/bs who hide in the bathroom stalls of my building and write their craps-ass names on the stalls in graffiti-type script are in no-way graffiti writers. They lack 1) skill 2) ability to make art, other than scribbling their names in secluded areas 3) the stones to go out and put real work up in public.
I am not even going to dignify this candy-ass toy’s attempts at “getting up” by mentioning his moniker here, but I can tell you his work will never “be seen” outside of a bathroom.

tags should not be punished or scorned apon. they mearly a more minimalist form of graffiti art. you should find the culprit of the tag and find for youself the reason why they wrote what they did
