		<description>Claude, while I concur with your thoughts on the customer service representatives, I can't find a way to condone the folks at corporate headquarters.  They had the authority to do something to help this grieving family, and did nothing.  There's no excuse for that.</description>

Giving someone a phone / access to personal phone records is a lot different than ordering clothing.  While some of the customer service people at T-Mobile were inconsiderate and maybe did not take the right tone...I cannot fault them for securing someone's personal information.</description>
