Remember all of those college men who seem to get drunk and fall into a large body of water and die every year or so? KSTP in Minneapolis conducted an investigation and found that many of these “accidents” can be tied together and seem to be part of a much larger thrill-kill spree.
This is a very serious situation with effects felt in LaCrosse, Eau Claire, Minneapolis, St. Cloud and in 9 other states.

That’s incredible. I always thought it odd that there were so many of these deaths in the last several years. It was so strange that that many guys would die in the same way in similar locations.
