Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County, established in 1969, is a non-profit organization based in West Bend, Wisconsin, dedicated to fostering one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower youth to achieve their full potential. By matching adult volunteers (“Bigs”) with children (“Littles”), the organization aims to create positive, lasting impacts on the lives of young people. Volunteers commit to spending 4-8 hours per month with their Littles, engaging in activities that build trust and provide guidance. The organization offers various programs, including community-based and school-based mentoring, to accommodate different volunteer preferences and schedules.
